Exercises and Habits to Keep Your Lower Back Strong and Healthy

This class will review basic anatomy of the lower back and movement patterns of a healthy back. Our time will be focused on learning the “Hows” and “Whys” of back care. My personal goal for this class is to make sure that every person who attends will feel more confident about caring for their own back. Handouts and a resource list will be provided for each participant.
