Bicycle Fit Studio & Performance Lab
Dr. Rosser’s years of experience in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment helps him bring a unique approach to the endurance cyclist’s bike fit and performance testing. Our approach to bike fit respects your body’s limitations and attempts to achieve the most comfortable position on the bike. He achieved formal training from nationally recognized fitting instructor, Erik Moen, PT. (See our BikeLab page for more details.)
Many of our patients are very active people and often require a specialized approach to treatment. The patients at our clinic range from weekend bicycle and running enthusiasts to nationally competitive athletes. Dr. Rosser’s training includes a specialty as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) in his efforts to assist this wide range of patients. Our unique approach also benefits those of our patients who are just beginning on the pathway of fitness or recovering from injuries themselves.
Fitness Education/ClassesIn addition to our clinic-based services, Dr. Andy has been an instructor at 5th Avenue Fitness for over 5 years. Beginning in January 2014 he will be instructing a specialty class at The Strong Center. He has taught core exercise/conditioning classes during that time, and other special classes for groups. Currently, he is co-instructor for CycleCore a progressive group fitness class and lead instructor for The Low Back Class.
Cycling Performance Coaching
Our clinic offers both web-based and face-to-face athletic coaching for cyclists. This service is geared toward the recreational cyclist and the new-to-racing competitor. This service includes performance testing, goal setting, daily ride plan development, and email/phone access. Check out the story of my coaching experience with motocross athlete Chuck White.
