Earlier this year, I made a pledge to myself that I was going to work on my overall flexibility during 2011. It’s always been one of my limiters and something that I felt I “should” be working on even though the ways that I was stretching in the past never really helped me much. I knew that this problem was true for many other people, too. In fact, many of the patients I’ve seen in my office have often gotten frustrated trying to heed the same advice. In my efforts to put together a good set of stretches for my back and legs, I ended up putting together a routine that I believe will help other cyclists and athletes, as well.
